Dear Valued Season Ticket Holders

First, our sincere apologies for the delay in contacting you this year. Because of the Covid 19 pandemic and the ever-changing situation with the orders of the civil authorities, we have had to take the time to make some adjustments to what we had planned for the upcoming season.

We have reluctantly come to the conclusion that we cannot safely and responsibly start our season at its regular time this year, so we have decided to postpone the season and we will not institute season ticket sales at this time. We know this is a disappointment to you and our company of actors and technical wizards is heartbroken at not being able to provide you with our usual level of entertainment.

The season ticket list will remain intact and you will be the first to know about any upcoming shows or other performing projects that we may institute to tide the community- and us- over until the pandemic situation resolves itself.

And speaking of tiding us over this period of uncertainty, as you know, Players relies heavily on our Season Ticket sales to cover our monthly expenses, including rent, utilities and heat, purchase the rights to plays, and provide sets, costumes, and props for our productions. Any help you could give us toward these expenses during our down time would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much for your support and we look forward to seeing you again when things settle down.
